The Process

A designer meets with you in person, for a free in-home consultation and measures your space to ensure accuracy in our manufacturing and installation. Together we thoroughly assess your storage needs and desires. The designer then creates a customized solution based on information gathered from your consultation.

Next, the finishing details are established based on your style and interior decor. These details may include: type of material used, color, grain, drawer front style, hardware and accessories.

Once everything meets with your approval the order is placed, that’s it!

Our closets and cabinets are not based on a modular system. Each installation is customized to meet the needs of each customer; both functionally and financially. Our knowledgeable design staff will fulfill both needs by suggesting material and design options that fit each taste and budget. We offer a wide variety of organizing solutions from walk-in closets and pantries to garages, linen closets, kid’s rooms and guest rooms.

Lead Time

Lead times are important to us as a company. Our lead time from order to installation is between 3-4 weeks for most orders.

Professional Installation

Proper installation is one of the keys to a great looking closet. Our installers have the skills and experience to handle any installation from start to finish. In addition, all of our installers are neat, tidy and courteous. We have no doubt that you will be completely satisfied with the workmanship provided by your installer. When installed by one of our trained installers your closet is backed by our lifetime warranty against any defects in craftsmanship

Terms of Sale

A minimum of 60% deposit is required upon placement of order and balance due upon delivery
and / or installation

Satisfaction

All Sunburst Closets are backed by a lifetime warranty against defect for the original retail purchaser for as long as he or she owns the product. We will repair or replace any part of your closet(s) found to be defective in it's' workmanship, materials or installation without any charge to you. The closet(s) must be properly measured and installed by a Sunburst representative. The closet(s) cannot be altered in any way and you must maintain and clean the closet(s). You must use the closet(s) as an interior product and only in the closet for which it was originally purchased. This warranty does not include damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, and direct exposure to salty air or corrosive material. In no event will Sunburst Shutters, Blinds and Closets be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
